In 1919, TOLI began its business in Itami, Hyogo Prefecture, becoming Japan's first manufacturer of flax rolls. Through the development of plastic sheets, rolls, and carpets, TOLI became a professional flooring company.

TOLI operates five factories in Itami (headquarters), Atsugi, Shiga, Gifu, and Toyama, producing high-specification, high-quality products to attract and meet customer needs.
