The newly completed National Chengchi University (NCCU) Public-Business Center, designed by Pan-Chi Architects and constructed by Li-Chin Engineering, has received "Gold-level Green Building" and "Bronze-level Smart Building" certifications. Serving as a continuing education program for senior civil servants and business executives, it also provides accommodation for international learners, aiming to become Taipei's most forward-thinking and landmark campus building.
In this project, Ouling provided proposals to the owner, architects, and construction companies, addressing their diverse needs. The center features diverse teaching furniture and equipment on each floor, can host international seminars for up to 500 people, offers various small and medium-sized meeting spaces, provides hotel-style international dormitories, creates a high-quality social and leisure area, and serves as office space for staff. The furniture's design and color scheme are integrated with the building's natural light and the international character of its downtown location, perfectly blending the furniture and equipment into the architectural style.
