the Stitz standing chair is a rare find. It allows for relaxation while adapting to the body's rhythms. This is why you don't sit on the Stitz, but rather lean back against it, thus keeping the pelvis in an upright position, improving metabolism, enhancing balance, and stimulating muscles without putting excessive pressure on them. The round seat can be sat on from any direction, and the elastomeric base filled with quartz sand ensures the Stitz won't tip over even when tilted. A freely adjustable disc under the seat allows users to adjust the support height via integrated pneumatic adjustment. The Stitz is not only considered a symbol of exquisite design, but a study conducted by the Health Center of the German Sport University Cologne confirmed that regular use of the Stitz can improve physical coordination.
